I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison Genetic Counseling program in 2023. I am currently a clinical genetic counselor at the Medical College of Wisconsin where I primarily work in pediatric genetics. I also take part in clinical supervision for the Medical College of Wisconsin genetic counseling students.

I graduated from the University of Michigan Genetic Counseling program in 2023. I am a clinical genetic counselor at the Medical College of Wisconsin where I provide both inpatient and outpatient pediatric genetics services. I am also a member of the MCW GC program admissions committee, and I enjoy guest-lecturing and participating in clinical supervision with the program as well. My academic interests include connective tissue disorders and imprinting disorders; I am a volunteer and educational materials author for the MAGIC Foundation.
My other interests include disability and LGBTQIA+ advocacy work, hiking, and collecting houseplants.

I graduated from the Northwestern University Graduate Program in Genetic Counseling in 2021. I am currently a clinical genetic counselor at Advocate Aurora Health, specializing in oncology, cardiology, and pharmacogenomics. I also am a clinical supervisor for students in the MCW Genetic Counseling program.
Sarah Linn

I graduated from the Bay Path University Genetic Counseling program in 2022. I am a clinical genetic counselor at the Medical College of Wisconsin, providing patient care in pediatric genetics at Children's Wisconsin. My clinical specialties include general pediatrics, pediatric oncology, and differences of sex development. In addition to my clinical roles, I am director of the MCW Genetic Counseling Career Research & Exploration Workshop (GC-CREW), a virtual, prospective student workshop. I am also involved with the MCW MSGC Program in multiple capacities including clinical supervision, research thesis committees, and course instruction.
Kendra Eaves

Co-Chair of Social Policy Committee
Kendra Eaves, MS joined the Medical College of Wisconsin in May 2014 and currently serves as Manager of the Adult Genetic Counseling Program (2019). She earned her Master of Science in Medical and Molecular Genetics from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2014 and became a board-certified genetic counselor through the American Board of Genetic Counseling in 2015.
Kendra’s clinical background is in reproductive genetics, where she supports patients through family-building decisions and genetic testing. While she continues to see patients in clinic, her current role is primarily administrative and focused on providing programmatic leadership for adult genetic counseling services at MCW.
A Milwaukee-area native, Kendra enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors (especially during lake season) and pursuing interests in cooking, travel, and caring for chickens with her young children.

WIGCA Committees

Communications Committee
The Communications Committee is responsible for the image and networking surrounding the WIGCA community. Ongoing duties include: maintaining social media presence, establishing a genetic healthcare directory, and increasing public awareness of the genetic counseling profession.
Social Policy Committee
The Social Policy Committee worked tirelessly to achieve genetic counselor licensure in the state of Wisconsin which was accomplished in 2023! The Committee continues to keep membership updated regarding relevant WI state policies and statutes.
Education Committee
The Education Committee aims to create and promote opportunities for members to continue developing professional skills and to oversee instructive activities for the general public.
Goals include participating in various community events, supporting genetic conference initiatives, and increasing educational material throughout the community.
